I Love Adventure began as two Capetonians documenting the best things to do around the Mother City — and ranking them, so anyone could find a great adventure fast.
Our mission is simple: guide both locals and visitors to the best adventures in Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Turn every possible outing into an adventure. Spark a little FOMO about just how much this corner of the world has to offer — adrenaline for the bold days, leisure for the slow ones.

How the ratings work
Every adventure is scored the same six ways, so you can compare apples with apples — and filter straight to the kind of day you're after.
Adrenaline
1–10How hard your heart will pound. A 1 is a gentle picnic; a 10 is leaping off a mountain.
Fitness
1–10How fit you need to be. Be honest about the legs (and lungs) you bring along.
Leisure
1–10How relaxing and indulgent it is — the “stop and smell the roses” factor.
Cost
Rand ppA typical price per person, from free walks to splurge-worthy experiences.
Time
HoursHow much of your day (or weekend) to set aside.
